Margaret Lynch currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations for the Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. (FDIHB) on the Navajo Nation. Beginning her career in Human Resources as an HR Generalist, Margaret has over 20 years of Human Resources and Executive Leadership experience with 11 of those years dedicated to supporting healthcare on the Navajo Nation. As an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, she is the first candidate to complete FDIHB’s Mentorship Advancement Program, an executive level mentorship program that resulted in subsequent promotions. Margaret is first and foremost a champion for delivering relevant and essential healthcare to the Navajo communities she serves.
Bob Gerst understands how HR can help people grow and make companies more successful. He started as an auditor and then joined a global construction/property management company as the first professional HR executive, where he had the opportunity to create and mature a sophisticated HR service delivery model. He’s now president of his own company, HR Transitions, and the VP of HR at John I. Haas, one of the largest hop producers in the world. His specialties include structuring and implementing goal oriented HR/business processes, developing people, talent management and executive coaching, developing HR strategies, and driving cultural integration.
