Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is a topic in today’s business conversations, but is it truly in today’s organizations?

These Rebel Leaders will review:

  • how to champion every face(t) of DEI – and how to truly celebrate every person, no matter their age, (dis)ability, ethnicity, gender, nationality, political perspective, race, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, etc.
  • how to dispel pre-conceived assumptions and be aware of, understand, support every dimension of diversity and inclusion.
  • how to set-up applicable policies, processes and programs for your organization that openly reflect the culture – and for the future of work.
