SteveBrowne

Steve Browne, SHRM-SCP is the Chief People Officer for LaRosa’s Pizzeria, Inc., a regional Pizzeria restaurant chain founded in 1954 and serves communities throughout Southwest Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana with over 60 family and franchise locations.

As an HR professional for 30+ years, Steve has worked in the Manufacturing, Consumer Products, and Professional Services industries in various Human Resources roles. 

Steve is an elected member of SHRM’s Board of Directors, as well as an author in the human resources field and recently published his second book, HR Rising: From Ownership to Leadership.  Steve facilitates a monthly HR Roundtable in Cincinnati, is a frequent blog contributor for SHRM, plus runs an internet message board for HR professionals reaching12,000+ people globally, on a weekly basis.

Steve is a graduate of Ohio University with a BS in Communications, Interpersonal Communications. 

Samanntha DuBridge is a healthcare and human resources expert with over 20 years in the technology and healthcare industries. Samanntha is currently Vice President of Global Benefits, HR Mergers & Acquisitions and Employee Mobility at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she is responsible for the strategic direction, design, development and compliance of all HPE benefits and mobility programs worldwide. She focuses on enhancing the company’s competitive position to recruit, retain and optimize performance of the best talent. 

Samanntha is passionate about creating programs and services that deliver a world-class experience for HPE team members and their families, supporting the whole person across the spectrum of wellbeing, including behavioral health. She also leads HR’s support for Mergers & Acquisitions – from due diligence to deal close and management of change.

Prior to joining HPE, Samanntha held positions at HP, National Semiconductor, and various healthcare organizations. She holds a Master’s Degree from San Jose State University in Health Care Administration.

Victoria Roberts brings more than 20 years of experience as a trusted growth and culture adviser for organizations passionate about scaling culture, truly caring for talent and bringing out their greatness.

Specifically, Victoria has focused on preparing organizations, leaders and their teams for transformational change. Victoria currently serves as Chief of People and Culture for truckstop.com and formally as the President of Verus Global, a culture and team effectiveness firm. 

Prior to this role, she held multiple organizational effectiveness leadership roles, as well as delivered consulting solutions in medical device, healthcare, building materials and technology industries. 

She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from University of Northern Colorado. Victoria is the co-author of the book, Do Big Things: The Simple Steps Teams Can Take to Mobilize Hearts and Minds, and Make an Epic Impact.
