Conscious Capitalism is the modern way for leaders to think about capitalism and business in today’s global society.  It drives organizations to serve a higher purpose, with all stakeholders finding interdependencies and synergies (vs. trade-offs).  It is business as a force for good elevating people through humanity, so everyone flourishes, finds purpose – and prospers.

Over the hour, topics include:

  • Implementing the 4 Tenets of Conscious Capitalism
  • Insights & Tips on creating a Conscious Culture within your organization
  • Leadership practices to be a Servant Leader, and to cultivate servant leaders within your management team
