Dave Ulrich is the Rensis Likert Professor at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations and leaders deliver value.
He has published over 200 articles and book chapters and over 30 books. He edited Human Resource Management 1990-1999, served on editorial board of 4 Journal and on the Board of Directors for Herman Miller (16 years), has spoken to large audiences in 90 countries; performed workshops for over half of the Fortune 200; coached successful business leaders, and is a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources.
He is known for continually learning, turning complex ideas into simple solutions, and creating real value to those he works with in three fields: Organization, Leadership, and Human Resources.
Joy Rothschild is a dynamic and accomplished human resources executive with 28 years of experience as a strategic business partner, change agent and champion of initiatives that directly impact profitability, customer retention and satisfaction. In 2019, she celebrated 40 years with Omni Hotels & Resorts, and currently serves as chief human resources officer for the brand.
Rothschild is the creator and keeper of Omni’s culture. During her tenure, she developed six key cultural pillars that the company’s associates use and reference daily. Omni is a seven-time winner of Dallas Morning News’ Top 100 Places to Work, and in 2019, Glassdoor recognized Omni as one of the Best Places to Work, further proving Rothschild dedication to company culture.

She is married, has two children, lives in Lexington, VA, and spends 5 minutes a day learning Korean given her obsession with K Dramas.
