Nora Tobin is the Health and Wellness partner to United Airlines, Marriott International Luxury Brands, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, and Fortune 100 organizations across financial services, technology, and entertainment.

She is the CEO of Nora’s Naturals Coffee Co., Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Helicopter Rescuer.

Arthur “Arte” Nathan served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Golden Nugget, Mirage Resorts, and Wynn Resorts from 1983 – 2006: he opened and helped operate all of their casinos in Atlantic City, Las Vegas, Mississippi and China. Arte retired from the gaming industry in 2006 and helped develop and open the Resort at Pelican Hill.
Throughout his career, Arte oversaw all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, workplace safety, labor and employee relations, employee communications, human resource information systems, and employee engagement.

He currently serves on the Board of several companies, consults with hospitality and service companies worldwide, and writes a daily motivational blog.

Phil Norman has led Human Resources teams for more than 25 years. Phil’s professional roles have included Regional Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels; Director of Human Resources at the legendary Arizona Biltmore Resort, North America’s first five-star hotel; and the Homestead Resort, the oldest resort in America. Most recently he served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Canyon Ranch worldwide.

Phil is known for his passion for crafting a work environment where everyone can do the best work of their careers, and for his creative long-view strategies to source exceptional talent in difficult markets. He has also built a reputation for optimizing staff retention, recently achieving 94% retention through pandemic closures while increasing average tenure to more than nine years – nearly triple the industry norm.
