We are growing a platform for caring people to do extraordinary good.

LifeGuides pairs people, who are going through a specific Life Challenge, with Guides who have gone through the exact-same Life Challenge. As Match.com pairs people for love, and Doctor-On-Demand finds doctors for patients, we match a Guide to each employee’s specific Life Challenge.

Life Challenges are Inevitable. At times, everyone needs Experienced and Personalized Guidance. Life Challenges come at any age and take many forms, from dementia of a loved-one, having your first child, to battling a disease, prison decarceration / integration into a job, an autistic loved-one, a natural disaster home loss or areas like a mid-life crisis and living with greater purpose.

LifeGuides helps companies increase retention and recruiting, while reducing presenteeism loss, and enhancing your Culture of Caring. We provide a human-to-human network, of trained and experienced Guides, to help employee families through their Life Challenges.

Beyond specialized Guides, every employee family has a personal Well-Being Concierge annual meeting, to match people to personalized guidance and resources.

Guides are a diverse community of people from all walks of life who have made it through a specific Life Challenge. They are purpose-driven people, passionate about supporting others through a life challenge they have triumphed.

Our Guides are fully vetted, and trained in empathy, listening, empowerment and support – so your time with them is always well-spent. You’ll leave every call feeling a little bit more at peace—and certainly never judged.

They build a one-on-one relationship with you as you walk together through the challenge you are facing. Your employer does not have access to these conversations. All interactions are confidential.

There’s nothing like Life Wisdom – and a good conversation with a caring peer who understands where your employees are, right here and now. Someone who can truly listen and relate, without judgment, diagnosis, or stigma.

Our LifeGuides have literally walked the road your employees are on. Whether the challenge is large and looming or small and temporary, we’ll match your employees with a Guide who has been through the same thing in their own life. Someone who truly “gets it,” simply because they’ve lived it.

LifeGuides is right for your employees looking for support in managing their Life Challenges (For example: if someone is a caregiver for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or Dementia).
LifeGuides is NOT the right solution for someone:

  • Looking for medical advice of any kind
  • Who is a minor or under the care of a legal guardian
    In an urgent crisis or an emergency situation
  • Who does not have a device that connects to the internet or a phone

Only our secure system knows your employees’ full identity. Our Guides will only see limited information about your employees and their spouse. The employee’s personal number will be masked as their Guide will use a proxied phone system.

No one at your company will ever know the identity of your employees calling us—or what they’ve shared.
Only aggregated data can be shared with you and your HR team.

Each of your employees and their spouse receives three calls with a Well-Being Concierge and up-to 12 Guide calls per policy year.
Your employees also receive a year of access to our Resource Library, containing both curated and our own original resources that will help in between sessions with their Guide.
