From Account Management to Sales Director, Dion surpassed annual quotas of $25mm in revenue, while leading and developing 21 direct reports across multiple channels of distribution.

Dion loves taking care of people, and it shows in her ability to regain customer trust and employee commitment time and time again. As a certified executive coach Dion has successfully turned around company culture across multiple industries, optimizing growth for companies & partners throughout her career.

A proud mother of two young adults, Dion is a Northwest native whose moving to Arizona. Her hobbies include Harley rides, boating, backyard BBQs and photo-journaling. She is an Alzheimer’s supporter, an anti-bullying advocate, serves our homeless and is passionate about transparency.
